Its Friday April 24, 2009.Its a big day…filled with anxious people, doubtful people and happy people.  Weigh in day brings along much stress for so many of us, along with many successful people.  Not to worry, everyday is a new day

I’m learning to just take a deep breath and whatever the scales says I will deal with it, good, bad, or maintaining.

Reading blogs this morning I see alot of pain and hurt, sickness, some wanting to give up.

Nancy,  StaceyC (your husband) and any others that are sick out there,  I hope these balloons will bring you a smile.  I truly wish you all well soon.

Along with the sickness we see, comes prayers.  And for those who are struggling so hard to keep on track.  Mel who is suffering rough times, our Anj and Tim on the job hunt, Kama so overworked, Debra wanting to give up and Bette Jo just coming out of a couple weeks of pain….and everyone else here who I’ve missed. I apologize for not thanking each of you for your support, but for now I am.  Thank you. For those above and all others   I  will be

Please buddys, don’t give up.  I’m not one to talk, I played around with idea of getting healthy for 2 years.  I finally got tired of hearing myself “here we go again, this is it” 

For some like me, it takes time to get the info, learn the tricks, and BuddySlim is surely the place for that.  Listen to people, learn from them, each and everyone of us has something to offer!!!!

This is our lives buddys…..don’t we all want a long healthy life?  I know I sure do, I thank God for each and every day

  Good Morning Buddys.  Wish I could be more cheerful, but when our Buddys or their famlies are hurting…..we all hurt as well.

Our wonderful BuddySlim family is the best.  When we need group support or prayers, we are so fortunate to have you all.

A dear buddy StaceyC ’s husband was in the hospital with possible heart problems.  StaceyC is scared as anyone would be. They have been together since age 16!!!! itsn’t that incredible!!!

She has also fought medical problems of her own. Could we all take a few minutes today and include them in our prayers please?  Thank you everyone and God Bless .

Prayers always for those fighting flu’s, colds, and struggling with the weight loss.  Your always in my heart.

Good afternoon buddys.

I wish I could write a blog which is happy and full of fun, but today I received some sad news.

Our long time buddy Buttercup received a phone call on Tuesday evening.   It was concerning her Uncle Mike (if you remember he was very sick)  His cancer has come back —-  in 2 spots.   One is behind the spine, the other on one os his lungs.

He will have more surgery in May.

PLEASE PLEASE could every one find a moment to offer prayers to Shanna’s Uncle Mike.

Together, prayer is very powerful.
