Hows everybody doing today?????? Its crazy how my mood is up and down. Yesterday was so sad, but today I’m up and ready to tackle anything 
Working very hard on this 1 pound. When its gone, I will have lost 30 pounds!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!! amazing for me, I’ve tried for so long and finally I’m accomplishing what I need to do in life
Nothing much to report for today, just a typical day. Vacation is just around the corner so I am planning my strategies LOL My mother in law loves to take us out to eat, so I have to be VERY VERY careful!!!
But I have no doubt I can do it. I refuse to gain weight just for 1 weeks vacation of bad choices. I seem to be past the stage of “living to eat” I am currently in the “eat to live” stage and it agrees with me very well
Just sending out good vibes for today and hoping all are well. Remember you are all strong…we all have our days which are bad, but we can overcome those and get healthy. JUST DO IT!!!
