Down in the Dumps~~no energy :( anyone have some to spare??
Its Monday………….its cloudy, cold and ready to rain some more :( This weather definitely affects my motivation.
BuddySlim seems to feel sad today :( I’m sad when I read blogs where buddys are hurting and feeling down.
But we have to somehow keep our heads high and carry on. A little exercise usually picks me up…I’m going to try today.
For those who can’t exercise at this time, I’m so sorry for you.
I love my new journey with healthy eating and exercising but somedays just seem so difficult.
Anybody with some spare energy, PLEASE SEND MY WAY LOL!!!


Know what though? Don’t read blogs from people feeling sad because it’ll bring YOU down, and in the end, the only person that’s more important in this journey is YOU. That is why I only circle myself with buddies whom are positive, as much crap that happens in their life, they reflect the beauty of life through their words and actions, and it in turn reflects in their blogs! This helps me stay motivated. YOU, nor ANYONE on here needs to be brought down or be affected by anyone here having struggles in their journey. It’s their journey and so whatever struggles they are are their own. I don’t know if you’ll agree with me or not, but in the end, remember — the people you hang around with will either impede or help you achieve your ultimate goals in life; you have to choose if you want to surround yourself of positive, happy people… or negative people who only sulk and pity themselves day in, day out.
