Pedometers ~~I need some suggestions please

I always heard about pedometers. Before I really took time to research them, I thought I get some advice from those here who use them.
Which company makes the best? are they accurate? and how about the cost. I need something afforadable. Exercise seems to be getting more difficult for me. I need to kick it up….
PLEASE KICK ME IN THE YOU KNOW WHAT!!!! I’m in a rut, and giving up is not even an option.

Personally I feel they all work the same. You can pay the big bucks and get ones that have a million and one gadgets. Or pay less and get one that does exactly what you need. What I like about pedometers is that it makes you more conscious about the kind of exercising you are doing during the day. But don’t worry so much about the brand or the cost. Like I said they all work the same:). Best of luck on picking a pedometer:)
I love my Omron Pedometer. I found it at Target. It was under $35. It counts regular steps, aerobic steps too. Also it counts approximate calories burned and total miles you walk a day. It helps keep me accountable. I can clip it on, put in my pocket, or even my purse. It stays really accurate. Hope you find what works for you!

I have a $5 one from Wal-mart! It works great and you can set it to miles or steps. You can set it to your stride so it is pretty accurate. They work by the impact of your foot, so in my opinion they all work the same. Good luck and happy pedometer shopping! I love having it. I had one and lost it, so went right out and got another just like it!
I cant wait to see the replies either because I have 4 right now, all different brands and prices and not a single one counts correctly. I can check it, go walk and then check it again. No difference, no clicks.
