A  BuddySlim hello to all out there :)   Hope everybodys Memorial Day Weekend was nice….did we all eat healthy?  Lets hope so, weigh in day is tommorrow  Eeekkkssss.  LOL!!!

I always heard about pedometers.  Before I really took time to research them, I thought I get some advice from those here who use them. 

Which company makes the best?  are they accurate? and how about the cost.  I need something afforadable.  Exercise seems to be getting more difficult for me.  I need to kick it up….

PLEASE KICK ME IN THE YOU KNOW WHAT!!!!  I’m in a rut, and giving up is not even an option.
