Its been a long time for a blog, and I haven’t been in to comment on other blogs…please forgive me for that.
Today is a special day and I just had to see it down in writing. I have finally reached the “under 200 pound goal” YAHOO!!! I am at 198.2 this morning and couldn’t be happier. 
Been playing around for couple of years now, and NOW I KNOW IT CAN BE DONE!!!
If I can do it (the queen of “yeah I’ll do it tommorrow”) then I know YOU can do it!!! I’ve seen so many of you and everyone else can too!!!
