So close…need to step it up!

7.gifHowdeeeeeeeee Buddys!!!!  Hows your Tuesday going?

It is so beautiful here and I am fully charged..LOL!

Woke up at 6:oo a.m., did 30 minutes on the bike, 15 on the treadmill, and 15 in strength training….Yuppers, you heard it right…STRENGTH TRAINING.  Me??????????? OMG>>>>its a total miracle.14.gifJust a rookie here, learning from many sites online.  We are also delving into Yoga….what is going on!!!

Well the scale  needs to go down 3 pounds, then official I’ll be on fire.

Too see 199 on that scale will be a miracle.25.gif

So everybody, if you  are so close to your goals, just STEP IT UP!!! and you can do anything!!!

3.gifDON’T YOU DARE TOUCH THOSE CHOCOLATES!!!!!  just stand back and take a deep breath………breathe……….good job :)

    Whooohooo!! Get those weights in Jane!! Oh yeah!!! Good luck with the yoga, I struggle with it (even though I’m Gumby) but I like pilates… onederland is yours, I can feel it!!!
