It is so beautiful here and I am fully charged..LOL!
Woke up at 6:oo a.m., did 30 minutes on the bike, 15 on the treadmill, and 15 in strength training….Yuppers, you heard it right…STRENGTH TRAINING. Me??????????? OMG>>>>its a total miracle.
Just a rookie here, learning from many sites online. We are also delving into Yoga….what is going on!!!
Well the scale needs to go down 3 pounds, then official I’ll be on fire.
Too see 199 on that scale will be a miracle.
So everybody, if you are so close to your goals, just STEP IT UP!!! and you can do anything!!!
DON’T YOU DARE TOUCH THOSE CHOCOLATES!!!!! just stand back and take a deep breath………breathe……….good job
