Good Morning Buddys!!!!

How did everyone do over the weekend?  Any parties, celebrations, were you faced with temptations?  Is the weekend the most difficult days for you all to get through?

Weekends used to ruin my entire week of eating healthy.  It always felt like a party….2 days with my husband, pay day, and lots of unhealthy food.

So many of us here have done a complete turnaround in our life.  We finally had the “AHA” moment, and arn’t you glad??????

I still maintained on the scale, and ate fairly good.

Hubby and I were so excited to get out and ride our new bikes….we were lucky to get in 20 minutes between Friday evening and Saturday morning.  We have had so much rain, and its cloudy and yucky :(  Hope we get some SUNSHINE soon…I need it :)

    Yup, I stuck to my guns this weekend and didnt splurge! First weekend I did that in…probably the first time all year. And I love riding my bike. Havent had a chance to since Friday and I wanted to today but the thunder is keeping me inside!

    Glad you had a good weekend.
    I don’t exercise or count calories on the weekend. It’s my 2 days to just relax. We usually go out and eat, but I keep control over portions. And I don’t eat “too” bad of food. And I know when Monday rolls around I’ll be back to exercising and counting those calories. Lol.. I have to have those 2 days to stay sane.
