Good Afternoon Buddys!!! Are you all wearing green??????  If not watch out for those pinches  LOL!!! I told my hubby, make sure to wear green or you’ll be getting pinched by all those pretty ladies at work.  He just laughed and said “Honey, that only happens in 1st or 2nd grade.  I said HUH??????? NOT…”  We’ll see when he gets home  hehehehe, I’ll sure be ready to pinch away….LOL!!!

Its been such a while, I haven’t been here since Friday of last week Uggghhh…..too long.  Lots of catching up to do  LOL!!

My title explains it all….I’m sooooooooooo frustrated right now.  Not sure which path to take at this point.

I started on a serious weight loss journey the end of January.  No cheating, no alcohol, no fast food (unless it was counted in my caloric intake)  exercise 6 out of 7 days. 

I’ve only lost 8 pounds since the end of January. Thats going on 8 weeks.  I know they say 1 pound a week is preferred….but I’m not preffering it ladies. 

I will attend a free Weight Watchers meeting on Wednesday morning.  Maybe that will do the trick.  I know WHAT to eat and WHEN to eat, but it seems like it should be much quicker.  Oh well, one day at a time…..right?????? OF COURSE!!! but I’m still frustrated

My Husband and I are completely rid of any carbonation. We’ve had fun trying all the flavored waters, (just for a treat) but we still drink mostly plain water which fortunately I love

The propel was suggested by a close friend, I’ve tried it before, but didn’t remember how GOOD it really is!!!

Well off to ride my bike….I’m going to just work harder at this, because I’M NOT GIVING UP THIS TIME.

My apologies for anyone I’ve missed this weekend.  I pray my buddys are  well.
