Its Monday morning, February 16th. Can you believe Spring is just around the corner “biting nails” are all ready to step out in our shorts and bathing suits “bites nail even more “ LOL!!! Well I’m not and I admit it, but I know one thing I’M ON A ROLL BUDDYSLIM!!!!
This time is the time. We’ve quit smoking, quit drinking, quit coffee (never drank much anyway) and trying to quit Diet Coke (which really isn’t a problem)
Water is my best friend, followed by fruit juices.
Grapes, Bannanas, Clementines, & Apples are my buddys too
Love celery & carrots with fat free Ranch dip (only 35 cals for 2 tablespoons) looking forward to fresh fruit and vegetable season
I’ve found the motivation and desire to get er done LOL!!!
I have a new schedule (I need routine) and I’m sticking to it.
I’ve mainted this week weight wise, but have exercised everyday (except the weekend). Off to a good start, up at 8:30 a.m., drink my orange juice, read my bible with my beautiful unique bookmark :), Walk or ride for 20 mins, drink my morning shake, and then ONLINE….COMPUTER ADDICT I AM lmao!!!!! Tried to stay away, and I’m limiting my time online still.
So how are all my BUDDYS??????????????? Everyone still pushing along….learning more tips, gaining new friends, enjoying life the good lord has given us, and are you all SMILING!!!!!!!

I love your blog! I might even have to print it out and read it daily, seriously! Perhaps I need to limit my computer time as well. I am absolutely an addict. I swear I have been online 10 times today and it is not even 3 pm yet! Great job on all of your accomplishments. BTW- I don’t know about where you are, but here, it really doesn’t even start to get warm enough to swim (the water that is) until the middle- end of July. Lots more time to get ready for that swimsuit!

I’m late replying to this. Read it yesterday, and just now getting to a reply. Bad buddy that I am. I came looking for it first thing this morning because I remember how it made me smile yesterday and I wanted that same smile to cross my face this morning. Yep, here it is. See? Are my pearly whites blinding you yet? hehe…
Jane, don’t let go of that momentum. Ride it for all it’s worth. Methinks maybe the exercising and healthy foods have you feeling more energy.
