Wanted to Check In Today
Hello out there!! Hows everyones day going. I’ve been away for a couple days :( Life just takes its turns sometimes and my fathers health is just failing again. Was hoping for a better year, I’ve seen him suffer way to much.
So I’m keeping a smile on my face and plunging along…God and I together 
I’m desperately trying to read blogs. Seems I’m missing so much that is happeneing. Sorry I haven’t been here for you.
I’ve been on my bike only a couple of times. Hopefully today I can get some exercise in.
Just wanted to send the love to you all. Keep on keeping on….summers not to far away!!! And we all WILL look healthy and HOT!!! LOL!!

So sorry to hear about your dad. I’m glad you are right there next door to him. But (you knew there would be a “but” in there), if you want to take care of him, you HAVE to take care of you too.
So no hopefullies, k? MAKE the time, at least 20 minutes. You’ve got to Jane. You don’t have a choice any more. What did your blog say Monday? No more games! Putting in that time on the bike will give you an energy boost to help deal with your dad, chase away the stress, and keep you focused on your health.

And what do you mean that you have ONLY been on the bike a couple of times in the past few days? To me, that’s success!!!! At least you aren’t saying that it has already turned into an extension of your closet…
