Hello all buddyslimmers out there today :)

I was watching the news at 12:00 today and saw a special edition on laughing.

Did you know that a good BELLY LAUGH is the best medicine around????????  It helps your health, lowers your blood pressure,  keeps the adorphines up and your health will prosper from laughing.  Sounds easy enough!!!

We have a couple here on BuddySlim that share jokes….I love that.

I’ve said this before I’m sure in my blogs, but can’t say it enough.

My father always said this when I was growing up…….You only pass this way once, so be happy and laugh as much as you can.

I’m packing my overnight bag for tommorrow night.  Thank you all for your prayers and concerns, they mean the world to me.

Just talked to the check in department.  I was wondering what type of room I would have.

Normally in the heart center you have a private room.  They vary from good to outstanding.  You could compare them from Holiday Inn for good, all the way up to Hampton Inns. 

But if you are in ICU….thats the best room ever…LOL!!!! These rooms have several chairs, lazyboy recliner, and a couch.  LOVELY!!! 

A good room will have a nice lazyboy….and its private, and a outstanding room has a lazyboy, couch, and a  couple of chairs. 

After talking to the check in nurse, I asked which type of room I would have  LOL….she told me a private room in the heart center….YIPPEE HOORAY!!!!  Now Alan can stay overnight.  If it would be a double room, he would go home. 

We are calling this quality time!!!  I won’t have to cook, I can lay around in bed and not feel guilty, gets lots of drugs….have a clean bed and fresh towels.   NOW this is LIVING FOLKS!!!!

Only kidding, but I’m following my dads advice…laughing …..try to make every situation a good one.  Remember buddys, there is always a good side to everything.  It may be difficult to find or you might not see the good right away, but believe me it is there!!!

So I expect to come back Saturday all fixed up :)

Ready to tackle life head on!!!!

I’ll miss you, but geez its only a day and night.

Love you guys, you are the best ever, don’t know what I’d do without you.

    I don’t know anyone else on this earth that would be facing surgery and be looking forward to “quality time” at a hospital. You crack me up Jane… and I absolutely ADORE your outlook. You’re daddy taught you well. :)

    Now did you pack clean panties and your toothbrush????

    lol My mom used to ask me that when I would go stay overnight somewhere.

    Laughing really is the best medicine.
    Your dads a smart man.

    Its great that hubby can stay with you at the spa.
    Tell hubby not to get too comfy cause you won’t be there long.
