Good Afternoon Everyone. How is your Wednesday going so far? Mine is ok. Had a short doctor visit, to fill papers out for my disability. Things are going quickly, and everyone seems to think I will qualify. I’m not holding my breath….but I sure am praying.
I had to share this picture….made me laugh!!! I sent it to some buddys which I have their e-mail, but I wanted to share with all the wonderful people here on BuddySlim.
My scales are just maintaining. I’m not going down and I’m not going up “sigh” FRUSTRATING!! But I will continue on doing as I am. I’m eating healthy, watching the salt, fluid intake and walking a little every day

Good luck on getting disability they love to fight ya on it. Your scale will move just feels like making you sweat it out a few days before it shows your results. Have a great day.
