I woke up Monday morning to a note left on my island in the kitchen.  It read—-Al & Mom,

I’m sorry 2 just show up, but I got out of work to find out we have no water at all.

And baby makes 4 + youngest son = 5 + Jane + Alan = 7….OMGoodness….”big sigh”….taking a deep breath trying to figure this whole situation out.

We have the room, but 2 bedrooms are completely full of storage (from youngest son, daughter, and middle son)  LOL!!!  I should charge rent for storage.

Anyways, we’ll get through this.  I managed to behave with my eating.  Talan is munching alot, but I was determined to give him healthy “munchies”  Like cheerios, fruit, etc……

Talans dad works nights so sleeps in the day. Angela and I scopped up the baby and off to the park we went

If you can picture this old chubby gramma with her chubby grandson on the swings, laughing until we cried….going down the slides together (the little slides).  My face ached from laughing, and little Talan had a blast.  We ran, walked, wogged, climbed stairs, ladders….I guess thats a full body workout!!! I’m feeling muscles I didn’t know existed!!! LOL!!!  Life is Good….God is Great

Dinner was spaghetti (sauce made with lean white ground turkey)  Nobody know it was turkey, the mention of it not being hamburg and most would have turned their heads at it. So after the last plate was eaten, I told them what it was.  All the kids were surprised…guess I showed them a healthier way!!! LOL!!!

My plate was 3/4 salad, and maybe 1/4 cup of spaghetti.  I did really good!!

Took dad to the doctors yesterday.  He received a clean bill of health, no more checkups with the cardiologist for 6 months.  YIPPEE!!!

Sooooooooooo….sending good wishes out to you all…..hoping you make wise healthy choices today.  Remember what we do today will affect us tommorrow!!!

P.S.  My Big/Little Sister trip was fun.  Short and sweet.  I had Big Boy restaurant all set in my head, but Katelin had other ideas!!! LOL!!!  It was going to be the chinese buffet no matter what!!! It was fine, lots of variety there too.   The only problem was the restaurant was 45 mins away, and right in town on a busy street.  It really didn’t leave anytime for a walk.  Our next visit will either be minature golf, or a trip to the movie “Nims Island”  Can’t wait!!!
