Good Morning Buddy Slimmers Everywhere   Its a beautiful Saturday morning here in Michigan and I’m so proud to say I’ve already got my walk in.  I’ve once again made the committment to walk EVERYDAY!!! I know I’ll feel better and thanks to a certain buddy of mine here I have it as a top priority.  I know my heart is weak, but walking will only strengthen it and thats a wonderful thing Hope everybody is having a good weekend so far, mine couldn’t be better.I’ve been enjoying reading our amazing loving buddy Linda’s (poet’s) new list of foods.  How nice of her to put so much work and time into it.  You are such an incredible person Linda!!  Thank you to all the buddys who gave their input as well. We sure are blessed to have one another here at BuddySlim.  My 2nd home Ok…love and gods blessings to each and every one of you.  Remember to always smile….love freely…..forgive quickly……and enjoy this awesome life we have been given.
