The Choice is All Yours
This morning was kind of a “Aha” moment. Instead of waking up discouraged and anxious about our vacation, I feel the complete opposite.
After talking to both of my sister-in-laws about the “eating issues” with my Mother in law, I feel somewhat at ease. We all decided to just stand strong and support each other. We’ll push for more salad, and fresh veggies. When we do go out for dinner, its easy enough to pick from healthy choices on the menu. Geez, my husband and I have been learning this alot in the past few months.
As far as the fancy cakes, and graduation parties, its up to me to make the wise choices. I’m not doomed…or ready to fail. NOPE…NO WAY!!! I’ll have just a little bit…but use alot of common sense!!
We all can do this…..I’ve seen many do it and look at their success!!!

Yeah the pic came through…nice! And yeah I just eat alot of fresh fruit and veggies especially in the summer. But cake is my weakness so I know to stay AWAY! lol

Jane just reminding you to pack plenty of healthy snacks. I know cake is a Real Temptation when you are a female, lol! Like Angela I run away from cake too. Your spirit and faith however will carry you all the way up the ladder of success! How beautiful it is! your relationship with everyone up here that you can be honest with them about your mission to health and have them all support you. Isn’t it great what honesty will accomplish? Donald and I are sooo excited to meet you guys on Sunday. Did you pick a place yet? It is our anniversary the 7th and this is what I told Donald I wanted, a rendez-vous with you and later a stroll on the beach. Being his frugal self he was elated that was all I wanted after being with him for 33 years now. They way I figure it being with me for 33 years, he’s sacrificed enough, lol! Luv Ya! Linda
