20 Down, 40 To Go

Treadmill We are almost there…the weekend!!! YIPEE!!!

My focus for now is the exercise.  I think I’ve got the food under control.  My confidence is soaring as I see the inches come off and the scale drop.  I’ll do an official weigh in on Monday morning.  In fact I’m planning on having my husband hide the scale until then, as I find myself weighing 2 - 3 times a night when I get up to go to the bathroom…OBBSESSED I WOULD SAY!!! LOL!!!

By 6:30 this morning I’ve walked 20 mins on the treadmill.  I plan to walk twice more at 20 mins a shot and make it a total of 1 hour for the day :)

It seems to be harder to get moving, not sure why.  I’m sleeping better and eating better, so overall feeling on top of the world.  These legs just don’t wanna move!!!

Sending everyone wishes for a healthy, happy day.  Love you guys!!!

You have to put your faith to work to find the evidence for what you cannot see.

Good plan on the walking! You know, it’s rainy here and when that alarm went off at 4:30 I sure didn’t want to get out of bed, much less exercise. I layed there and thought about the weight I need to maintain now more than anything since I quit smoking, so I MADE myself get out of bed and exercise. So glad I did now. :)

I’m glad you have finally found that nitch Jane… I knew you would. That’s what never giving up will do for you… You are a shining example to others here that are struggling… me included.

    Big HUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGS,

We all get into that state when we just can’t be bothered getting up lol. It is just so much easier to sit on our asses but just think how much more amazing you will feel afterwards and on mon when you see how the amazing workouts have helped you along even more  x

Congrats Jane! I think the body really goes in cycles, I have times I don’t want to move either. You just have to keep trying, and you are doing it!! You are awesome!

I am so excited for you. You have made some great new changes for yourself and I am so happy for you.

I hear you about the legs not being so limber. I think I had better flexibility when I was younger and MUCH heavier…weird. Well, keep on moving. You inspired me to get out (dull day here) and MOVE IT ;) Have a great rest of the week Jane. *hugs*

I love the way you are breaking up the exercise routines into do-able parts. I’m going to try that too! -Dee
