Time to Get Back on Track

Tweety Bird w/ Heart Glitter # 230610I am so afraid to get on that scale and see the damages I’ve done :(

I’ve learned one thing through all the stress in my life these past 2 weeks, I am definitely an emotional eater “sigh”

Never thought I was…..it should be when you are worried and sad you DON’T eat….but NO, not in my case.  I eat whether I’m sad, stressed, happy, tired….well you get the idea.

So its time to get back on the wagon.  Dad is going to a rehabilitation center only 20 mins from my house.  No more excuses for eating fast foods and all the wrong foods.  Now I have to work twice as hard getting off these extra pounds.

Tatiana you would be proud of one thing.  The hospitals Dads been in are HUGE!!! We walk probably 1 - 2 miles each day just getting from the parking garage to Dads room, then to the cafeteria, then back to the car..LOL!! And I’m walking fast (hubby trying to keep up)  LOL!! so I have got some exercise in!!

Ok, gonna go for now.  I hope we can find time to pop in the grocery store and restock with healthy foods.  I ate a 1/2 bag of Cheetos the other day…Grrrrr….such a bad habit!!

Love you guys!! Have a great day!!

Oh Jane, I am so proud of you for walking fast and keeping up your spirit. You will regulate your eating now, but keep moving sweetie. Read my blog on 10 minute exercises, I posted it for you and Jo.

    Hugs and welcome back!

I sent you a pretty lengthy private mail, so I won’t repeat here, but I want to make a suggestion. You are already so emotional right now (understandably so), so don’t weigh. Just don’t do it. Get back on track and weigh in a week or so. Okay?

    Big HUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGS,
    Shan

yeah I’m with Shan, leave the weigh in, just take care of yourself first and NO GUILT for the last few weeks, it’s been super stressful!

I’m glad that your Dad is on the mend

Hey Jane, welcome back! Totally agree with Shan…hide the scales for the next week while you get back on track. Dont even sneak a peek for a week!

    Hi Jane….

You have worked so hard on making your way to a healthier you, that I have no reason to believe that you won’t get back on track and lose whatever you may have gained in no time at all. You are not a quiter and………. if Kelly and Ali,the above the elimination line gals on Biggest Losers can do it, so can you!

Am glad that your Dad has you and that you have your Dad and that wonderful relationship. Cherish it with all of your heart!

Draw a line under what’s been eaten, you can’t change that BUT you can change what you eat from here on. I have ruined sooooooo many diets by thinking “well, if I’ve eaten half a cake, I may as well eat the rest of it now”. I guess I was looking for any excuse. Best wishes to you and your dad for a speedy journey to recovery
