Morning Good Buddys!!! Thank you yesterday for all the kind encouraging words.  Its hard to admit when you’ve messed up

Although I picked myself back up….still doing South Beach but in a “Revised Jane” way  :)  LOL LOL!!!  Kind of a Phase II, with the opportunity to cheat only once a week and within certain guidelines.  I’ll be able to stick with this.  Seems when I’m told “what to do or not to do”  I tend to want to rebel  LOL!! something that goes back to my childhood!!

So Lou….I’m taking it small…one day at a time and here is a positive blog for today!!

I love you one and all my dear Buddys.  Life is just better knowing you are all here and we have each other to help and cheer on in the good days and in the bad days.  So on that happy note, Happy Weekend to all!!!
