Then Enemy Almost Won Last Night

Embarrassed Only on for a quick minute this morning before I head out to take Dad for blood work.

Last night was probably the hardest night of all since my start of South Beach on Monday. I realize its only been 4 days, but for me to stick to anything past 2 days is a miracle  LOL!!

But seriously, boy oh boy last night was I just a little princess having a huge temper tantrum. I wanted a Sub…I wanted a Rum and Coke…and with the help of my husband I fought through the urges.

I tried to justify it from every direction (my talent you know) :)  but nope, my husband stood strong and I’m so thankful this morning as I see a difference on the scale.

I’m going to read blogs later buddys, do some catching up after I get home.  Hope everyone else is holding strong…Jo???? It looks like you might be struggling too “sigh”

I’ll Be Back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank God for strong husbands! Men look at thinks a little differently from us and a GOOD MAN is worth his weight in gold….remember the old song: “A good man now adays is hard to find, I always get the other kind”. We are the lucky ones. Big hug, Marge…whoops, you are too young to remember that song.

My husband is my support as well. He looks at the scale with me and gives me a thumbs up if I lose and a thats ok there is always tomorrow if I don’t. He helps me with what I eat and walks with me to get exercise. I am glad your hubby helped you last night. Way to go!

thats great that you managed to overcome the urge to eat other foods! And husbands like that are nice to have around.
Stick with it, you will be really pleased with the results in a week or two.
    You CAN do it!!
