Staying Active
Back to the YMCA…back on the walker. Refocus….Replan….Lets get this done!! Felt like a million bucks after my 20 minute walk on the treadmill. Wouldn’t have stopped except my son called and needed some help.
I’ll walk another 20 - 30 mins before the day is over.
I’ve been staying on track much better last few days. We had a healthy meal last night….baked chicken, baked sweet potatoes, corn, fresh pineapple and watermelon. Geez I can’t wait for summer and all the yummy fruits in season!!! Although for out of season the watermelon was good.
Hope all my buddys are feeling healthy and happy today. Remember, one day at a time!!!

Doing great their Jane. Keep up the activity, I know I have to work it in and sometimes I miss, but I will think of all my dedicated buddies and make sure I do. The meal sounds lovely.
