Blog Lost in Space!!
Thats strange, just journaled for the day and where’d it go??? LOL!! Just vanished into nowhere!! OMGoodness!!
Oh well, in just a couple words, I lost 5 pounds since starting last Thursday on the Atkins/Stillmans diet. Its basically high proteins and 8 glasses of water a day minimum.
I was on this diet as a teen and I lost alot then, but had forgetten how horrible it really was.
Today I’m back counting healthy carbs!! Its working, and I’m feeling better. Just wish I could find a happy, healthy balance.
Walking is really working!! Both my husband and I are faithful and I’m proud to announce he’s lost 4 pounds already since joining the YMCA!!
Ok..time to get back to the books…love and hugs to all my buddys out there!!
