Help Please!!!
Now that I am learning this Carbohydrate way of eating, I need all the help I can get !! LOL!!! I’m hoping some of you out there have some tasty recipes with low carbs?
How about some suggestions on low carb snacks? I’m such a snacking kind a gal..LOL!!
The dietician gave me a limit of 174 gr. carbs per day with 1500 calories. OUCH!! doesn’t sound like much, but I was able to do it yesterday. YIPPEE!!! and even walked on the treadmill.
The weather as been dangerous last few days so we haven’t been able to go to the YMCA since Sunday :( thats ok because I’ll still use my treadmill here.
Ok..any recipes, suggestions would be so appreciated!! Thanks everyone!!!

Yesterday I learned everything to look for on the labels on our foods. Actually I had already been taught the Sodium, Potassium, Fat, Saturated Fat, Sugars. During my Diabetic Counseling I was taught about the little devils Carbohydrates….MY FAVORITE…those bad boys are really going to challenge me.
