Ok…tonight is Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer!!!! “jumping up and down”  but it is also Biggest Loser.  OMGoodness too many decisions!!! LOL!!!  Well guess we could watch the classic Rudolph from 8 - 9  then the last half of Biggest Loser from 9 - 10:00.  Ok…..works for me!

Not doing the best today with my exercise.  I have done well with staying on plan eating healthy.

I guess we all have “bad” days here and there.  Today seems to be one of mine!! But its ok, its still early.  Trying to get myself motivated to get on the treadmill.

Just a reminder out there for all you softees like me who enjoy all the classic Christmas specials during the holiday season!! LOL!!! This one is surely a favorite on my list!

One last note, I walked my 20 minutes this morning, 25 this afternoon and will do another 20 minutes after I eat a healthy dinner.   Sloppy Joes made with Ground Turkey Breast, Salad, Fresh tangerines…yum..

  Busy Monday morning so far.  Started my December walking/cardio challenge!! YIPPEE!! Only walked 20 minutes but I plan to walk 40 mins more by the end of the day.!! Slowly but surely for me!!

My son and daughter in law sat down with me over the weekend to tell of the GOOD NEWS!!! It was sooooooooo hard for me to act “surprised”  Amber took two at home pregnancy tests and both were positive.  We’ll know officially on December 10th after shes seen the doctor.

Just found out my daughter has really been trying to have a second baby.  I’m not sure that will happen.  Talan is a miracle baby, a gift from god I say.  Angela has been told my more then 1 doctor her chances of conceiving are about 10% due to some scar tissues.  They found precancerous cells and that caused some scarring.  Sooooooooo we’ll see what Gods plan is on that situation!! I surely want another grandchild from my daughter!!!

My sister in law is a registered nurse, my daughter in law is in training so between them they really think I’m pre-diabetic.  Very very close to the edge…YIKES….soooooo my choice in eating like a diabetic is probably the best decision I’ve made.  I keep testing twice a day.  I’ll have 1 more test at the lab probably next week then we’ll see what the doctor says!

Ok..wow, I’ve babbled alot today  LOL!!! Hope everyone out there is doing good.  Those of us in the snow, stay warm…those close to the beaches…(Rachael) enjoy the warmth!!

Its on the way.  Its on the news….THE BIG STORM!!! YIKES!!! My husband and I went to Meijers to get our groceries for the week and the store was jammed!! Lines were all full with 7 - 8 people waiting!

I’m doing well with the new eating plan.  I actually like eating “diabetic”  I have smaller meals and snacks but try to have something small every 3 hours.  Sugar has never really been a big concern for me, its more the fried foods.

We stopped for a lunch out today and my first choice would normally be A double cheeseburger with a large order of onion rings.  Well GUESS WHAT?????????????

We ordered 1 Taco Salad with an extra plate so we could share! I made sure to give my husband most of the meat.  It was so good and maybe not the healthiest choice but much better then the cheeseburger and onion rings.

Tommorrow we plan on putting up our Christmas tree  while the snow falls.  Don’t you just love the holidays?? We have such an awesome God!! we are all so blessed!!
