Has Anyone Heard of a New Program for Weight Loss Called Isagenix???
Hello BuddySlimmers out there!!! Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of Isagenix. Its a cleansing program, not a “diet” program?
My niece weighed almost 350 lbs, and was very very sick. She was introduced to this cleansing program and has lost alot of weight. I realize quick weight loss is dangerous.
So I’m hoping maybe somebody has heard something about it. I want to support my niece with encouragement and may even consider trying it.
Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.
Tonight I took Jo’s advice. I did ONE good thing. I made a nice dinner for my family since we’ll be out of town tommorrow night and part of Sunday.
I cut my portions totally in half. It was hard, because steak is my favorite!! But I did it, thanks Jo!! and everyone else for your encouragement and motivation!!
I Googled it and didn’t like what I read. Sounds like the same old liquid protein diet plan. I cannot believe it will be healthy over any length of time and I’m betting the weight will come back on as fast as you lost it. But I am a cynic when hearing about most diet schemes. Did you know this is sold by individuals on what sounds like a pyramid scheme? The great results seem to be posted by the sellers. Just a thought. Google it and see what you think. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I feel the same way about the Atkins diet…. not healthy in the long run and when you quit, the weight jumps right back on. I have heard of it and alothough I haven’t really read anything bad about it, it is just a short term thing. You know what it takes for long term weightloss. I think it is ok to do maybe once to rid yourself of excess waste. Good for you for doing well on the dinner!
I’ve never heard of it, but you’re doing the right thing–RESEARCH. I have tried every diet under the sun it seems, I’m done…I can’t imagine any quick fixes will be permanent. I’m sorry if I am discouraging in any way…I just worry about the side effects of those quick-fixes!

I haven’t heard of it wither but have done a detox “diet” before for 10 days to clean the bod out. During those days you lose alot, but that’s not really the purpose and it comes right back. The detox I did was to give your lover a break and to help clean the colon (yum yum - LOL)It did help me really pay attn to my body and it felt good while I did it and it was kind of a jump start…not healthy for long periods, though.
