The More You Eat the More You’ll Weigh….

Duh…what is my problem.  Both my husband and I continue to make bad choices.  He actually had the back of his jeans split.  He refuses to buy bigger clothes, I refuse also.

The next shopping trip for clothing will only be when we are a size smaller.  I need to be a FEW sizes smaller.

Time to get serious again.  Its my health I am hurting.   We will have our getaway on Saturday and Sunday.  After that I swear to myself THIS IS IT!!

Back on the treadmill daily (or at least 4 times a week)  Geez I’ve seen the results from so many of you here at BuddySlim.  You are amazing people and kept on track and stayed strong.  Once again I will be leaning on you for inspiration and motivation.

    You will get back to it, I am sure of it! I am right there with you getting back on track too! We can do this! I am like you, I need new clothes but want to wait until I have to buy smaller ones! We will, just have to be strong! :)

    It’s pretty commonsensical, isn’t it? I have a better one for you…it helps me and I hope it helps you.
    No need to wait until Sunday, I think if you can do ONE good thing for your body and health today, you’re a winner.
    It doesn’t have to be HUGE, for me, since this time of year is difficult, drinking my water was a goal for one day…when I accomplished it, I felt empowered and it carried me through to now.
    So if you can do ONE thing each day, the smaller and easier the better, I think you will have a GOOD START into the new year!
