Can’t Sleep!!

Been up since 4:00 a.m.  YIKES!!! Been on this computer for over 2 hours now  LOL!! I must admit I love reading other peoples blogs but wow it really zaps the time away!

 Today will be kind of quiet here.  I have a 8:15 dentist appt.  then out to breakfast with my father (he is 84) some grocery shopping then probably back to bed for me!!

I’m having lots of trouble sleeping lately.  It must be the healthy eating and exercise is giving me more energy? sounds good to me!
