Its been a while!! Haven’t blogged in a few days.  Yesterday was my first day at cardiac rehab.  It went really good.  I had a RN assigned to work with me for day 1.  I thought it was one on one the entire program but I was wrong.  Don’t think you really need that much supervision.  I was hooked up to a cardiac monitor which the girls (nurses) watched on the monitor.  They had me work for 30 minutes, with an additional 5 mins warm up and 5 mins cool down.  I was there the entire hour!

I’m looking forward to going back, I will go Monday, Wednesday and Friday for at least 12 weeks.  Possibly for 18 if my insurance will approve it! YIPPEE!! hopefully this will get me in shape enough to join a gym.  That is my goal for now.
