My scale seems to be stuck!!
My scale is on permanent hold!! I haven’t seen it go down in forever. Guess I need to get better disciplined here and get back on that treadmill.
My poor husband will have that horrible test “the colonscopy” so he can only have clear liquids today. I think I’ll join him and give myself a little jumpstart to the week. God knows I need it!!

Mine keeps going up and down and pound or two. Very frustrating.
