Classes Open for All — Label Reading 101
Happy Friday to all!! Sun is 
shining beautiful here in Michigan. I’m looking forward to the weekend with my hubby….I’m sure EVERYBODY is looking forward to it!!
Well…I never realized how much time and work there is in reading labels. Hubby and I go shopping often and since beginning this new healthy eating, we find ourselves in the grocery story twice as long as we used to!!! LOL!!
We both grab our reading glasses and were on a mission!! One of the clerks in the store walked by and said “Hey you guys are having way too much fun”!!! We were…its actually become fun. Its a race to see who can find something yummy, with low calories, low sodium, low fat…etc…you all get the picture.
Were learning alot and feeling healthier together. Hope everyone has success and lots of fun this weekend!

Wish my hubby would check out the labels with me! I think I drive him nuts because I take so long checking out the labels. It really does take twice as long to shop and costs more too! Why is it all the healthy things cost more?

Reading labels is both informative and interesting. It always surprises me.
I’ve kinda learned to enjoy reading labels and take it as a challenge to eat something I like and stay on plan.
Who ever thought I would say that? I’ve got my 12-yr-old son reading ‘em too now, and he’s learning to eat healthier. I should’ve done a better job of this long ago, but at least we’re on the right track now. Glad you and your hubby are enjoying it too!
