6 Days and Counting
July 2nd
So far so good. I actually walked on the treadmill before 9:00 a.m. Thats pretty good for me!! Haven’t seen the 35 minute walks this weekend, but Hubby and I found a neat trail for walking. Its short, only .64 mile but we had fun walking together. Unfortunately it was straight in the sun, so we were toooooooooooo hot!!! We will look into another paved walking trail close to our home. This one is shaded.
After alot of thinking, I’ve decided to try counting calories on my own. Weight Watchers is surely a great program, but lets see how disciplined I can be by myself!! YIKES!!!
Well…lots to do….I plan on making out my meals on a daily basis. I will plan around my familys dinner and what I choose to cook for them. Although my husband has gained weight and is trying to lose along with me!
